Anatolian Society
The Anatolian Society are a charity which supports the Turkish community within Hull. They run weekend schools available for both children and adults, teaching maths, English and sports. They also offer a translation service, and will be selling a range of homemade Turkish food at the festival.

Ashkeys Growers are a small, family business based in Preston supplying horticultural goods and services to local customers. Ashkeys will be selling a whole range of their products at the festival, including pot grown herbs, vegetables, shrubs and summer bedding plants.

Beez Neez Apiary are a honey and wax products manufacturer specialising in high quality Yorkshire honey, which is gathered from hives across the Yorkshire region. Bracken Hill fine foods
Bracken Hill Fine foods provide the finest quality handmade preserves, sauces, chutneys, mustards. All products are suitable for vegetarians, GM free and contain no artificial colouring or flavours. CASE Charity
Case was founded in 1985 by parents and carers of people with learning disabilities, and is now an accredited Training Organisation providing meaningful, effective training and work experience opportunities. They will be selling a range of cooking tools, and home-made food, along with demonstrating some unique cooking techniques.

Chapman’s Fish Cakes
Chapman’s produce delicious hand made gourmet fish cakes using Lincolnshire potatoes and prime Grimsby Fish.
Chocolate Heaven
Chocolate heaven provide a to-die-for range of truffles, fudge and toffees in a huge variety of flavours. The Scarborough based company hand make all their products, including their innovative ‘Fudge Cakes’: layers of different flavoured fudge made to look like gateaux.

The coffee Cabin sells a wide range of specialist coffees including; cappuccino, latte, mocha and hot chocolate.
Davill’s Bakery
Based in Ripon, this traditional Yorkshire bakery sells deliciously fresh, home-baked goods, including pastries, pies, cakes and bread.
East Riding County Pork
The farm is situated on the Holderness plain in the East Rding of Yorkshire and comprises of Camborough pigs. The Camborough is noted for its flavour and healthy, lean meat. Their pigs are bred and reaered in open pens to the highest welfare standards. They use their own home grown cereals, milled and mixed on the farm to feed their pigs. In May 2001, the Speciality Pork Farm Shop at Halsham was opened, where you will find a wide selection of carefully prepared and packed pork products. They range from Dry Cured Bacon and Traditionally Cured Gamon to Speciality Sausages and Pork and Vegetable Stir Frys.

Fair Trade is a charitable organisation which works with people from the poorest nations to help them live in dignity and with hope for the future. By purchasing products registered with the fair-trade charity, consumers can help fight against the injustice of trade terms in the developing world. Granny’s Kitchen LTD
Granny’s Kitchen is a well respected company based in Leeds who offer a wide selection of hand made, luxury preservatives using traditional methods and fresh ingredients grown in the East Riding region. Hull College
Hull College offers a wide range of courses for all ages from school leavers to mature adults who want to develop new skills and knowledge. Jimmy’s Farm
A working farm which produces free-range, rare breed pork, the farm is open to visitors seven days a week and is located in Suffolk. The pigs reared on the farm range freely over the 150 acre farm, which includes 30 acres of woodland. It is also the subject of its own popular TV programme.

Kingston upon Hull City Council
Promoting their ‘Scores on the Doors’ campaign, the council will be on hand to offer information about kitchen hygiene and food preparation. They will be distributing information and guidance literature on health and safety in catering, and will also be available to answer any queries or questions on the ‘Safer Food, Better Business’ campaign: an innovative and practical approach to food safety management.
